By accessing or using the PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

2.1 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any information stored within the App. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or on your device.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all pet information and vaccination records you enter into the App.

IMPORTANT: PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health is a record-keeping tool and is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not provide medical advice, and the information stored in the App should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health or vaccination schedule. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or stored in the App.

We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information stored in or generated by the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring your pets receive appropriate veterinary care.

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscription services ("PetVax Plus"). By making a purchase, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

6.2 Cancellation and Renewal

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account credentials and all associated data (pet profiles, vaccination records, events, and uploaded photos) from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's App Store account settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the App in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PETVAX AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms or your access to, use, or misuse of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PetVax AI - Dog & Cat Health operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
